Jane Mosley

Terrible prof, switch if you can. Does not follow rubrics and has her own ideas of what good writing is. Does not give clear feedback on what to improve and provides generic comments for all students. Have consistently got high marks on writing pieces throughout the program until I had her as a prof. She is lowkey sexist and racist as well.

Jane is unsuitable to teach nursing students. I don't question her knowledge, I question her ability to relate to other human beings in a respectful manner. She rules through fear and intimidation. She doesn't apply her own teaching on leadership to how she treats her own followers. Nurses like Jane give the whole profession a bad name.

I have to listen to her dress down students for not coming prepared or not participating ALL the time, every lecture + seminar. I get it, it's frustrating for her feeling like she's talking to a wall. Still not a pleasant experience for even those of us that do participate. I don't know what her intention is, to beat it out of students?

Her sarcasm was lovely. I appreciated going to class even when it was not mandatory, often only 15 people showed up to class but she made it worth while when the information was bland. Very knowledgeable!

I found her quite effective, she has lots of relevant experience. She did communicate in a timely manner when I had her. No complaints.

Contrary to other comments,she is a very fair& relatively easy marker.She's the 3rd best prof among all professors teaching this course. She provides you with the information you need to know not what you what you want to hear. She has great deal of experience that makes her qualified to teach this course, you're lucky to have her as a prof!

This course is confusing and she didn't do anything to clarify. Other profs in the same class were giving so many hints for the exams and she gave NOTHING. Just told us to read our readings. Tough marker as well, good thing the final exam was MC and not a paper o/w a lot of ppl would'v failed. G. L. if u'r taking this course and u have her for prof

Not a good teacher. Lack of respect for students. Doesn't communicate in a timely manner. Takes a very long time to post marks. Doesn't answer email. Not helpful at all.Tests are a joke. Why is she teaching?

I had high expectations from her, too bad she is bellow the standards. Did not answer to emails for clarification, never helped with anything....and the hardest....did not post our grades in time.
