This prof should not be teaching at a University. He does not teach, just takes up questions and talks about things that are irrelevant
His tests are not representative for how he teaches in class. His tests are lot harder.
Good Prof. Go to class, do the questions and cases he hands out. He makes the information relevant. If you put the work in, Domenic makes the material easy to understand.
Had very little accounting experience going into his class, but he explained the concepts very well. You can essentially ignore the textbook, but do the practice problems he gives out. Go to class! He might only lecture for a bit, but understanding how to do the problems is very important. Got A on the midterm and A+ on the final.
He's definitely challenging. The best way to succeed in this class is to go to lectures, practice the problems that he takes up in class b/c those r likely to be on the midterm. Stick to class unless your failing, I think he tries to weed out the weak by giving a difficult midterm, after that the quizes & final were easy.Overall he was a great prof
This is a fairly difficult course, which you'll need to work hard in to do well. Prof. Cianflones midterm was extremely difficult (52 avg in our class). The final however, was a cakewalk in comparison (not written by him).He doesn't do much "teaching" although he does a good job explaining solutions. Take it for a challenge... if you dare.
the test/exam is not easy and he doesnt like to follow the textbook and material.Rather stay home and study it by self!
should not be teaching at the university level. If you are going for an accounting designation stay away from this prob, you will have to take the course over to understand the topic
