Natalia Lumby

So unclear and her work feedback is unhelpful and not constructive. She pretends to be nice but she's really rude and inappropriate. Does not care about students and very condescending.

Her syllabus, assignments and rubrics are unclear. She's a tough grader. And she takes a week to respond to emails if she does respond to emails, some emails she didn't even respond to which has never happened to me before. This is a 4th year required course that I don't even think should be required because it's just more unnecessary review.

Natalia was really fantastic! The lectures were very informative and she gave great feedback.

Nat is very kind but the way she instructed the course was ineffective. Lecture content was hosted live and was rather dry, while labs were asynchronous. Many students were lost as to how to use InDesign and Photoshop since our "labs" were just spend reading articles and watching YouTube tutorials and we couldn't ask her questions while doing them.

Natalia is a super amazing, informative, and talented prof! She is a bit of a hard marker but only because she wants you to grow. Overall I gained a ton of skills in this class and really appreciate her style of teaching.

Nat was really sweet and I had a positive experience in her lectures. Course material wasn't bad, just takes some practice to understand what's going on. Overall enjoyable!

Nat is a nice prof, but she doesn't understand what should and should not be discussed. Nearly every week the students are subjected to hearing all about her children, dog, and "hubby". It becomes increasingly grating, especially when the graphic design examples she provides of her own work, look like amateur level productions at best.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Natalia. She made what could have been a difficult online semester easier to manage and I learned so much in her class. She also made her online lectures engaging. Couldn't ask for a more positive, supportive professor!!

She's one of the best prof's I've ever had. You can tell she really cares about her student's and is always there for them. Highly recommend.
