Very stubborn. See for yourself. Cant teach
Difficult class!!! a lot of new material to look at. However, exams are heavily weighted, with 50% for final. Although the midterm is open book, it is very difficult to get a high score on the midterm and homework before the final. There are weekly discussions, but they only add up to 5 points. Group work is only 10 points.
The material taught in class is nothing, seriously NOTHING like the tests. You are going into exams without knowing anything.
Just avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy teaching yourself.
shes so bad avoid if you want to understand the concept, made 5 people drop out of uni because of this class its so unnecessarily hard for no reason
An excellent professor. She is very helpful during office hours and runs extra help sessions for students. She works so hard to do the best she can to help students be successful. If you're struggling, go to her office hours/extra sessions. Her exams/tests can be a little tough. Her homework is also very time consuming.
A hopeful note, the last part of the course including the final exam and group project are significantly easier than the rest of the course. Try to work through the problems she gives on your own time and get plenty practice in, should ease things up a bit. Make sure and do all the assignments, discussion postings. Kind and unique prof though
Genuinely one of the worst profs I've ever had. Just be aware of the fact that your tests are going to be harder than the lectures by a large gap, and be prepared to put all your effort into it. Don't even know how this woman still has a job. Terrible prof. She doesn't give nearly enough time for the amount of detail she wants in her answers.
A truly loathsome professor. She'd go through extremely simple examples during class, and then blindside you with arcane material on the tests. When asked questions after class or during the question period, she always seemed annoyed and tried to get rid of the student as fast as possible. Abysmal.
