Lee Wiggins

Would prefer if she posted marks online, and evaluated us earlier in the term - it's November 20th and we've had only one mark back. She obviously cares about the material and students, but would prefer a faster, more-solution oriented presentation style. Could be WAY more concise in instructions, answering questions, and in general. Quite dull.

Wiggins is a fairly decent prof. Everything she tests on comes straight from lectures/course readings. She is very clear of what she expects of you for the essay/exams. Attend class and read most of the readings and you will do well. Final essay was a bit tricky but if you know the material and can apply it you will be fine.

Good Prof, very passionate about the course, very helpful. fair marker. Text book is mandatory for midterm and final exam. Definitely recommended this course and the professor.

She's a good professor. She's easy and clear on what she expects. The textbook was her own and compiled together by her. The overall course had some interesting aspects to it, BUT class seemed to drag on. Bottom line: TOO MUCH; being said, repeated. Class could end much earlier. Scattered notes posted. You dont know where to start with the material

Great prof to learn from. A hard marker for the essays, but that only made me a better writer. Exams were fair and I did very well in her class by just listening.

I don't understand why people are complaining "enough of the feminism" - she *teaches* feminism. If you don't like it - don't take it. It's that simple. She is a tough marker, she is all about the essays, which actually can be a good thing when it comes to the exam. Class can be boring at times.

Enough is enough....long and boring lectures. Extremely femenist....give it up!!!! The marks are fair, but you will go through hell to get there!!
