Probably the best professor in all of Chemical Engineering. While he doesn't post his lecture notes, his content that comes from his slides is super useful and is basically what the exams are. Simply attend class and take notes, and ur gonna do well. Unlike other professors, he cares about students' averages and helps students actually succeed.

Love the guy, talks prety clearly, his teaching could be better but he goes fast and he tells you EXACTLY what's going to be on his finals

He is a solid professor with a lot of experience, he explains very well; make sure you attend the lectures and take notes because he doesn't post them.

Decently well structured class. lectures are a bit boring but helpful. Must go to class to understand slides as its mainly him talking over pictures. Tests are extremely fair, bordering generous. Lab's are a good grade booster but the tutorial was a snoozefest. Textbook only needed for homework. Overall a pretty great class, just go to lectures.

class is straightforward evaluation-wise, just attend class and you're gucci.

Mr Chan is a very knowledgable professor. He's very nice and his exams are not hard. It's hard to understand him in class but If you listen to him carefully, you will be able to material easily as he teaches very well and teaches everything straightforwards.

Wouldnt answer theory based questions with clear answers. Exam doesnt properly reflect the content taught throughout the course

this prof is such a nice guyyy!! he makes a lot of effort to help you understand the concepts, aids you in any way he can and understands our hectic engineering schedule! just go to class and practice the problems.. it is a true pleasure to be in his class

I dunno why some ppl dont like him. The course is fairly easy, and straight forward. He always tries to relate the course material to practical problems. EASY marker, no way u will get lower than 80% in the mid-term. Final wsnt easy, again, very practical, thus some ppl may find it hard to interpret. If u do study regular, u will get A easily
