GOAT PROFESSOR. Super accomdating as if you tell him in advance he is more than willing to provide extensions. Fair grader and fair exams. Also loved how helpful he is outside of the course, as he provides tips for resume building for Co-op and outside of the course which makes him my favoruite prof at tmu, hope he teaches more CITM courses
Like other students said, you don't need to read the textbook. However, you need to read the online modules and do the assignments. The assignments don't have high percentage in the final mark but they are extremely helpful. Prof. Foltak always promptly provided feedbacks to the online discussions. So if you have questions, just ask.
George is easily the best prof in the ITM program. He really cares about his students, and takes the time to help if you are struggling with course content. He also responds quickly to emails and is very kind and helpful.
Professor Foltak is the best prof I have had yet. I had never rated a prof before but I just had to write one for him. Although the course is very coding heavy, the prof does his best to respond with feedback on assignments and grades in a very timely manner. He really cares about his students success.
George is the best prof I have ever had at Ryerson. He is always helpful and responds to emails in a very timely manner. He also gives great feedback on the submitted work.
Easily the best Prof I've had at Ryerson. Very knowledgeable about the material, clear and concise explanations and an obvious desire to want to help students succeed. The latter half of this course gets very difficult (especially the final), so stay on top of textbook readings and ask lots of questions for clarification.
easiest ITM prof ever. helps you in your labs. Exams are easier than day school.
The best prof I've had at Ryerson! He is very passionate about what he does and that really gets all of his students interested. This was a really hard course as I had to drop it over the year but he always focused on making sure the students understood the content of the course. Always answered every question I had.
Easily the best ITM Prof you can get at Ryerson, especially for a tough course like ITM207. He cares more that you understand the material rather than worry about getting a good grade. He provides many hints for the exams if you come to the lectures, so make sure you come to them!!
