Such a sweet and caring professor. Participation matters, but participation is super fun, with being able to taste different French dishes. Love her and would recommend this class to everyone.

Sooo nice and makes everyone in the class feel at home

Zawada is one of my fav profs at this school! She does a great job at fostering a community in her classroom, her classes are always fun! You are graded on many things which is nice if there is a specific area you aren't strong in.

She is a really good prof, if you take this class, engage as she's very kind and makes the class fun, always has a joke to make. There isn't any readings except small things we read at the start and she makes class not even feel like 2hrs. Take her!

This course was so much fun and Zawada knows how to balance grammar with content. I definitely recommend this class. I'm not sure who else teaches it, but Zawada was very nice to her students.

I've taken 2 French classes with her and she is hands down the best. The lectures are engaging and she teaches such tough concept so simply. She is also caring, understanding, and gives many opportunities to get extra marks.

Such an amazing professor! really cares about you understanding the language and gives opportunities to speak and practice. Lots of little quizzes and homework but not difficult. Really helped me get better at french.

I greatly enjoyed this class. The lectures are full of relevant information to prepare you for the midterm & final exam. Her feedback is helpful, however she is an extremely particular marker so make sure you add an S or you will be docked .5 of a mark!

Madame Kinga Zawada is such a nice and caring prof, she wants you to succeed and understand the information that we learned during class. For me personally she went really quickly when going through the PowerPoint which was hard if you didn't understand what she was saying. This class is in full french in comparison to FRE301 where it was laid back

Mme. Zawada is an excellent professor! Every lecture was fun and engaging. Each evaluation was fair and clearly explained. I would definitely take another french class with her.
