Amina Jamal

She's a really good prof and I truly enjoyed her class. The first assignment was graded harshly but after it was a bit more fair. The midterm was really easy if you study. She's a really nice prof and she even gave people extra credit for the response part of the presentation assignment so people wouldn't do fail or so others could do better.

She is an amazing professor. Her lectures were not confusing and she helped with the assignments a lot. Midterm was really easy as well. I would love to be in her lecture again.

Prof Jamal's is a very nice person, and cares about her students. Her exams are SUPER easy (A friend who didn't go to a single class or do readings still got a 77 on midterm), but she does grade papers a little bit harshly. There's a group collage assignment. Dry lecturer. Responds to email fast and is very accommodating. Overall, would take again!

Empathetic and nice lady, but REALLY confusing in guidelines, marking, and feedback. I never knew what she wanted in an assignment; her feedback after grading would reference/suggest ideas not in the rubric whatsoever, easiest midterm of my life though. Real dry lectures but you can tell she's trying! Lovely but hard to recommend at all.

This class was a roller coaster. You'd get an assignment and hand it in thinking you did well just for her to tell you “that you didn't follow the instructions”. She's an approachable and nice woman but in my opinion doesn't explain assignments well

She marks pretty hard, always thought I understood an assignment only to find I "didnt follow guidlines". She's a sweet person though.

Professor Jamal is so sweet and always accommodating. She always understands and is sure to include everyone. This is a very easy course with less workload. Although, I don't exactly agree with all of the concepts taught in this course. But honestly, she is the best professor I have ever had and I really have been enjoying the course.

the assignments are easy, it was all pretty straight-forward and simple if you go to class. she's a nice prof and would recommend.

Decent. Is usually pretty understanding of most things. A little hard to understand as she talks very quietly. Pretty easy marker and tests are easy if you just go to class, notes are still helpful. Attendance is somewhat mandatory. Overall pretty decent. 6.5 or 7/10
