Gerald Swartz

Gerald is a non-existent prof. If you learn well by essentially teaching yourself the course, then you will do well. He does not do any lectures and makes you just learn off the modules. He does not respond to students inquiries at all. Exams are quite tough as well seeing as to how you have no guidance on what to expect on them.

Amazing personality, very accommodating and caring ! He wants his students to do well and is willing to discuss opportunities to enhance our marks.

Gerald's style of teaching is not my favourite, he is a very knowledgeable man and mostly talks about his career path. If you need help he will take extra time to meet with you and is more then willing to accommodate you. Great man

Switch!

This is the class where you actually have read the book and the slides line by line. There is no shortcut. You have to read every single part of book and his lectures to do well. He is extremely tough on the first assignment. However, easy marks on the second assignment. Make sure you carefully read the case studies he assigned you in class.

The whole class I learned nothing new. He assigns readings but never talks about them. Boring discussions that go on for WAY too long! He gives to many irrelevant examples. I didnt like his style of no powerpoints and only teach through discussion. AVOID!

I didnt like him. He only teaches using discussion and he will spend WAY too much time on one topic. Eventually just becomes him answering personal questions from just a few students. He tells you to study one thing and then puts completely different stuff on the test. Doesnt give enough time to do assignments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Gerald. It's not you. It's the course. I took organizational Behaviour as a P.R course and I regretted it more than that one time I accepted a drink from a stranger. Very monotone voice, but I would talk like that too if I had to teach this class. Seems like a nice guy but this class is just boring

He is very monotonous and always goes over the 3 hour class time, he never finished early. Rambles and goes off topic a lot. Most useless class, but an easy B or higher if you try.

He is a really nice professor and cares alot about his students but he is really really boring and take 3 hours always and rarely gives brakes. takes 30 minutes for 1 slide. his exams are tough and the marking is unfair
