The easiest class ever, you do not need to go to lectures, or even read the textbook, as long as you have some common sense, the midterm is fair and you will do well, the portfolio is a great way to get marks and the final is just as easy. if you don't get an A..who am i kidding, you will
This prof kicks ass! She was a wonderful teacher, I really enjoyed her class. She was also very helpful and made it very easy to go up to her and discuss a problem you were having. Why can't all profs be like this?
She is one those great profs at ryerson..shes very helpful. If you have a problem, she will be right there to help you, and make sure that your good. Alot of reading though, but even if u didnt read she was ok about it..lol..midterm was EASY!!
The Introduction to Child and Youth Care course itself is not easy as it contains tons of conceptual knowledge, and tons of readings. But Prof does try to make things clear and explain the vague concept clear in class. It's a heavy introduction course, but it will give students a good preparation to further the other CYC courses in the program.
Not an easy class, really have to be on top of everything. Great teacher though, very knowledgeable. The class is recommended for those really into to the field, and definately not for people who want an easy elective.
