Marie Bomba

Marie is very knowledgeable of the stuff. Her exams are not hard but the during of the exam is only 2 hours which you need to write a bunch of multiple choices, a lot of short answers and an essay question during this 2 hours period. Strongly not recommended for ppl who are slow writers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved her class! She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and makes the classes fun. Marie uses lots of different modalities to help her students learn the material. Very good robust lectures. Tests fairly on lecture and textbook material. I would take another class with her any time!

Love her class! She's very enthusiastic in her teaching. There's 2 quizzess, 1 paper, and a final exam. Overall, the course is FUN and easy. If I can easily achieve an A in this course, anyone else can.

Great instructor. Very pationate about her work and passing on that knowledge. Multiple Choice exams are a little confusing with the wording, but fair. Overall, I was happy with taking this course.

Marie is knowlegable. Class is organized and extremely interesting. difficulty level is fair for upper liberal. Easy to understand if u attend class and pay attention! Assignments and marking is fair. Tests are reasonable.In conclusion, a very very good course to take if u like psych. But! definitely not a bird course for those who wants to know.

Marie is a great teacher and this is a pretty interesting course. I would have to say that her course is one of the better Upper level electives offered

Bomba is one of the best prof i had. She enjoys teaching, and really goes into depth so that students understand the concept thoroughly. however, her testing involves a lot of textbook material so reading it is a must. she also has questions from the lectures so its recommended you attend class. lastly, her tests and assignments are fair.

Marie really cares about her students. She's one of the best profs I've ever had at Ryerson. Her examples really help with understanding of content.

I recommend going to class because I think the slides she provides are made from the old textbook. There's not a lot of differences but it's still worth going to class. The topics covered are interesting and Marie really "dumbs" it down for you. The assignments she gives you are faire. They're not too hard and not too easy.
