Amazing prof. If you show up to class and participate, its an easy A. He genuinely wants everyone to do well. Participation in the weekly group challenges is important, not only for participation marks but also for your own learning. Your participation will help you in other areas of this class, especially the individual project.

If you can take this professor take him. You will learn a lot about the course and about life. No final exam but there is a take home assignment. Most of the course is group work.

Professor Walsh is nice, and easily accessible outside of class. The rubrics he posts for assignments are more unique compared to what you would usually see, but it helps a lot when doing the assignments. I was worried when I saw the reputation for this class, but the professor helps in making it a fun and digestible class.

Phil's lectures are very insightful and the course really does teach you how to navigate disruptive markets. It is clear that he is passionate about his lectures and providing an Ivey-level education for his students. The course is a lot of work though with weekly in-class assignments, but as long as you can follow instructions, you're good.

Definitely the best prof for this course. I was scared at first because of how infamous this class is for being one of the toughest in the program but Phil did a really good job of making sure we all succeed. He has a clear grading criteria and tells us what he looks for when doing the Appendix and CEO report assignments. Generous and fair marker!

He's a good guy, tells you to want he wants for the projects, and gives you time at the start of class to ask any questions you may have from the previous lecture. Legit just talk in class and you'll get a good mark.

There might be worse professors out there but he's def one of them. His words never match his actions. He said he'd adjust group marks and never did. He said we had to follow the same deadlines as other sections but when 2 sections got an extension for the individual project, he still gave his students a penalty if it was late. Do not take him.

An outstanding professor. This course is already heavy with the group and individual report + appendix, but Philip makes it so much easy on each session by giving our group time in class to practice each session of the report. He looks for the exact same thing for our group and individual reports. Very easy to do well in his course.

Super tough professor, as well as expecting all of us to know everything in the textbook. Need to have a good group to pass the course because he is a very picky marker and he will deduct marks for the smallest details of mistakes on the report and appendix. His exam was very hard and like many others here couldn't finish it on time. Do not take.
