Tara Larose

Tara is a really nice laid back person. She is understanding and a fair marker. She does a lot of powerpoint presentations to go over course material. Course reading summaries are mandatory. They are annoying but they keep you on track.

She was good. We did a lot of digital stuff and made a digital story. The class relates to placement.

Super helpful. Always available to meet and replies to meail instantly. Uses black board but doesn't post marks.

Horrible Prof. She's not very organized, treats you like you're in high school, and although you give her detailed, well thought out answers, she'll answer you saying "Absolutely". She doesn't give very clear instructions, but I still aced her class. Just go to class and read the text and you'll do fine. Overall, avoid at all costs.

She didn't put up any of our marks on blackboard, for the entire semester. I guess she was too lazy. Really hard to understand what she wants in assignments, since she tells us how to specifically do them after due date. Just didn't have a good learning experience in that class. All we did was read articles, which half of we didn't even discuss.

Useless in terms of information source. You really have to fend for yourself. Just follow the instructions and ask her specific questions about how she wants things done and you'll ace everything... I actually want her for SWP 131 simply because she gives marks away left right and centre

Very hard to work with , no feed back no encoragment for more class participation. Assignments are not explained clearly. Marking scheme varies from assignment to assignment eventhoughtheres 1 schem forthe whole first year =( very dissapointed

Most of the time she doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Other times she makes us get into groups and gives us as few instructions as possible. Her marking scheme is extremely random, as if she doesn't even follow any rubric or any other guidelines. She seems to try to be nice, but that seems to be more of a facade then her true nature.

Switch profs asap ! Although shes really nice and good hearted . On a personal level i like her
