Gerardina Tota

Professor Tota is an amazing person. Her lectures are interesting and she's so kind to her students. She provides alot of study sessions and materials to help with the assignments and test. She's fantastic, enthusiastic and stylish! I hope to have her in other classes.

She is one of the most wonderful teachers I've had at university. The lectures are extremely interesting, she is engaging and very intelligent on the topics. I really think that the intro of news topics and issues in the media really helps connect the lectures to the real issues. I would recommend this class and this prof. to others! Great class

She is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She teaches with such energy that it makes lectures very interesting and I want to learn more. She is very kind and respectful to students and doesn't make you feel bad you asked questions.

Lecture's are amazing. This prof. is absolutely wonderful, the best I've had a Ryerson. She is caring and cares about students which was really great to experience.

Very helpful and tries to make sure that students do well in the exam and essays by providing test examples and tips. She's there for you outside of lecture and provides guidance. The lectures are always interesting and using current media examples to help students understand the course material which is very useful.

Caring professor. Always reachable by phone or email. However, a bit disorganized. Gives interesting lectures but had to find my own readings in the textbook, she won't tell you.

Great prof! She is very enthusiastic about the topics and uses real life news events within the lectures which makes it very interesting. Very helpful and goes out of her way to help you understand the course material and assignments. Professional, extremely approachable and very stylish.

I really enjoyed coming to this class every week. The topics were interesting and she provided good feedback and laid out what she expected from you. The best prof I've had. Would take another course with her again.
