Samantha Wehbi

I really enjoyed taking this class with Samantha. She taught the course in ways that were understandable and provided several examples. Very approachable and easy to reach by email and gets back to you quickly. Assignments are graded fairly and given back quickly. My complaint is my class loved to chat and ramble on which wasted time.

Samantha is absolutely an incredible professor - caring, kind, respectful and knowledgable! She explains the material in a fun and creative manner. That is easy to remember and understand. She is absolutely the best professor I ever had and I really hope I will have her again in future classes.

Samantha is kind and accommodating. I personally found it hard to get anything about an 80 in the class but to be fair I never reached out. The information was more theoretical and I would have loved to hear more about Samantha's own experiences- they sounded incredible when she touched on them. Either way, a caring and knowledgable prof.

Samantha is an amazing person, a gifted teacher, and has actually practiced social work unlike so many other professors in the field. She can bring real-life experience to the classroom, not just imaginary "if i were a social worker" speak. Loved her in BSW, loved her in the MSW. I grew as a person in her class. How often can you say that?

Samantha is really nice and respectful. There were always very interesting class discussions. She was a fair marker and cared about her students. This course was heavily focused on somewhat dry, seemingly pointless readings. But she managed to relate them well to the actual program.

Samantha was hands down the best professor I have ever had! She really makes the topic interesting. At the end of her lectures she does "what can social workers do" which is FANTASTIC and usually gets lost in AOP negativeness. I loved her class and she is a great professor. She really works hard to make the stuff interesting and damn, THEY ARE!

Such a nice lady! She's always open to helping students. Fair marker. Loved being in her class. :)

Samantha is by far the best professor at Ryerson. I don't even know where to begin in describing her awesomeness. Her passion radiates in everything she says and does. She is a mentor, a friend and an absolutely outstanding professor. She's just amazing through and through.

Best professor I've ever had. It was truly a privilege to be in her class.
