She is one of the best professors I have encountered. She truly recognizes students who work hard, supports them wholeheartedly, and genuinely cares about their success. Her lectures are highly engaging, and for the first time, she made me truly appreciate medical physics and understand its real-world applications.
the course itself is difficult, there was unannounced quizzes about the most specific thing she has on her slides not even on what your tutorial are on. the lecture slides are so long and very specific where everything is expected to know because she will ask on the final very detailed questions. the course outline is not bad fairly divided.
She's intentiosnlly very intimidating the first few weeks. Her slides are insanely long with paragraphs on each slide. The quizzes are on a very specific slide that she skimmed over once for 6-7 seconds. Her quizzes are so hard I don't know anyone with over a 70 average on them. The TA was s super sweet (only good part).
Teaching is decent. It is her attitude that is intolerable. Has a large capacity for spite against those who miss her lectures, but even those who do attend aren't spared. She will call on you, confront you, and berate you if it seems deserving. Her assignments/projects also ALWAYS require more than what is provided, so expect to email her a lot.
Rude professor with no empathy. Assignmenst are too hard and no example questions in math explained properly in lectures. She has a very bad attitude.
If I could rate a zero, I would. her assignments and tests are one that I have never seen used in any other class. her assignments and questions are unnecessary long. no useful examples were shown in class, she is very stuckup. she throws assignments expecting you to know what to do.
An excellent prof. Loves Medical Physics and provides excellent career advice. Has a lot of experience.
Even after i heard from other students that its the most difficult course/prof, i was still hopeful of it being the complete opposite. Safe to say i was wrong. She seems like a great person, but not a great prof. The lectures are just prerecorded reused slides. The assignments are extremely difficult and no example problem is done in class.
Monotone prof, useless slides, lets her ego get in the way of teaching. no practice problems, no exam study guide, slides are all over the place, no useful resource to learn from. worst class i've taken.
