Awesome prof, all work pass-fail, work on your own time, submit whenever. Would highly recommend.
honestly i thought this class would be a bird class but its actually not and while she is very caring towards students i feel like going to her lecture is a bit overwhelming because everything tends to be political. most people in group project doesnt really help and most are just honestly freeloader.
I have huge respect for her. The course is not yet complete, but she is a genuinely caring and brilliant professor. Take her class, and ask her questions! Booking a office hour with her and having a conversation on land acknowledgments was transformative. It made me reflect, and now I am going to be creating my own personalized land acknowledgment!
One of the best professors I have had at TMU! She is very accessible outside of class. She encourages an open concept of communivcatioons on various topiucs, allowing students to voice their opinions in a safe place. She geninueluy wants to see her students do well. She deserves everything good in life!
Professor Jacqui is an amazing prof. She truly cares for her student's success and is committed to ensuring everyone achieves their goals. We used a specification grading system, allowing us to target specific letter grades by completing corresponding assignments, all of which were graded on a pass/fail basis. I highly recommend taking this course.
Fantastic. You can tell she gives a crap about being a good teacher.
This prof is such a sweet soul! She truly respects and cares for her student's and it clealry shows in her teaching style. She implemented a scaffolding approach this semester as well mostly all assignments were pass/fail. Only criticism is she can be a bit disorganized and that caused some stress among students but she resolved any issues at theend
One of the best profs I've ever come across during my undergrad. She truly cares about her students and wants everyone to succeed. She is extremely generous and gives amazing feedback to help you improve. I would recommend everyone to take a class with her because she is SOO kind and cares about her students.
Overall, the course material and the class environment were definitely the best I've had since entering undergrad! The Textbook and novel can be found for free online! My only concern was how things were graded, there are no % or weight, just pass/fail.
