Dr Priya is one of the best professors at TMU. She cares about her students and is always ready to help. If you want to do yourself a favour, take her courses. She is just amazing.
Great professor, really kind and demonstrates a tremendous understanding of the functions of the healthcare system. Greatest prof of all time.
This prof makes $305,064 a year? Sheesh insane!!
There were 2 quizzes, fairly easy as long as you read the modules, readings, & textbook. Also an assignment which was fine. There were discussion posts every week but you only had to do a minimum of 6, one being an intro post & the other being some group discussion post. Overall, the class was good, the discussion posts killed me though.
Reasonable and approachable prof. Marks fair and provides clear grading criteria. Active on discussion forums and responds to messages promptly. 90% of the module content and readings other than the prescribed textbook are seriously outdated (at least 10+ years old) and lack relevance to current trends and issues in Canadian healthcare.
Dr. Nippak genuinely cares about the education and well-being of her students. This is reflected in her willingness to schedule both one-on-one and class meetings to clarify assignment instructions and answer questions as well as her consistent participation on class discussion boards.
Pria is a wonderful professor which makes learning very enjoyable, relevant and easy to follow. She is very easy to approach and always provides valuable feedback and guidance. Joining virtual meeting and lecture is a great experience and provides important information for assignments.
Excellent prof. Fair marker. As long as you cover the course readings and modules, you'll do great.
Professor Nippak is clear with the expectations of her class and is always willing to help students succeed. As I have had the pleasure to be her student numerous times, she remains consistent in her approaches to teaching and always uses projects to aid learning. Her courses are informative and assignments encourage you to apply learned concepts.
Program planning was a new course for me but Pria made it easier to understand. She provides good feedback and guidance
