Took the class online. Had an essay, group presentation and final in-person exam worth 30% each. Got an 80 on the essay but with no negative feedback. Course was very confusing, she would usually spend three hours just blabbing. Had confusing expectations for thee group presentation and the final, would not recommend.

Was very hard to focus in this class. Every time she spoke it looked like she was falling asleep. Her lectures were really hard to follow. Did not post her lecture slides on D2L and when people asked for them was very rude about saying no. I do not recommend her as a professor.

She was okay, kinda hard to focus in her class

Extremely incoherent lectures. Runoff tangents in personal beliefs continuously trail off without properly creating ideas. There is no structure and classes are taught like a poetry slam with random victim blaming and self-pitying.

I had a hard time with her since i didn't feel comfortable in meetings with her compared to other profs in the school, and she would upload readings for lectures 24 hours beforehand expecting students tor ead them, and come prepared to a class that was participation heavy. I got through it, but shes not a prof I would recommend or take again.

AVOID her at all costs! She is very rude and constantly interrupts students while they speak in class. She continuously makes snarky comments and you honestly don't learn anything in class because she goes on these random tangents. Often times, it feels like she's learning the content herself while teaching.

Knowledgeable academically but has zero kindness or humility. Ego issues as she refuses to acknowledge when she makes a mistake, even simple ones, and will instead get mad and blame you. Severely lacking in having even a basic level of warmth needed in this field. Otherwise, she does engage in critical discussions and is passionate.

Sharon embodies everything that a professor and a social worker should not be. She is impatient, belittling, and does not respect others' opinions if they differ from her own. Her unclear grading criteria and constant overcomplication of simple assignments and concepts fosters anxiety and frustration in students. She has made me hate school. AVOID

ive had her for less than a month, and I can testify that her 1 star ratings are completely accurate. cuts everyone off, so demeaning in the way she speaks, seems uninterested in the content, speaks so slow. I tried to explain to her that she didn't make enough groups for the # of students in the class and she told me I was wrong (I wasn't). AVOID!
