Very unclear assignment instructions and hard to find in the first place. Would not give me any leeway whatsoever on assigned work and even when I asked for additional information, it was very vague and again unclear. Discussions mandatory and replies to a classmate were needed to get full marks. Again no leeway and very strict marker.
His instructions for assignments can sometimes be very confusing. When you contact him for clarification, he gets defensive and just restates the original instructions. Take online courses to be able to work within our schedules. He includes group projects that require considerable amounts of time working with classmates from all over the country
Watch out for this prof. The amount of work given is not reasonable. How do we maintain his work and other classes when you have to submit 2 discussion posts every week, are given assignments that are 20 pages long (not just one) and the course readings take up most of your time. He gives way too much work for a second year course.
take this course on campus to avoid this prof.
Extremely relevant - knows his stuff on what really happens in the workplace on site, and his gallows humour is totally relevant and appropriate given the incidents that can happen on any given day. I thoroughly enjoyed myself throughout his class - he didn't mince words and dance around issues - I have no time for folks that do that.
Wonderful experience - recomendedto all
Course matter was boring but that's due to the fact that it was an intensive course. However his stories are quite interesting.
Great guy - very useful and easy to talk to - as well as reasonable and fair in grading (with explanation if required)
A soid teacher, great professional, very knowledgable with a slightly qwerky sense of humour
