Joseph Medaglia

Joseph is such a sweet, caring professor. He gives excellent feedback and marks fairly. Even though the course itself wasn't the most interesting thing to me, I appreciated the time given to flesh out and practice a design process.

Kind, helpful, sometimes a bit sappy. Class isn't particularly challenging but he gives good feedback and actually allows you to get a full grade if you go beyond the main criteria, as opposed to other profs who will inexplicably never give you above 85. You can tell he cares about student success and the Fashion program.

Really enjoyed taking Prof Medaglias class. He was super cheerful and always had a smile. Really have great feedback and was helpful in finding a clear direction for assignment/projects.

As a first-year RU-Fashion student, I'm so glad to have him as my professor. He is very patient, and the projects are very interesting.

My favourite teacher at Ryerson!! Go to every class because his critiques are specific and will help you strive. If you do over the minimum requirement your mark will be better so always add in a couple extra layouts or ideas if you want to do well!

I love joey, he's one of the best teachers in fashion. :) I honestly don't know anyone who dislikes him. Helpful criticism, and works with you to make your work better, instead of bringing you down.
