best prof i had last sem, so understanding and such a sweet prof. i would suggest showing up to his lectures because he really explains the content and will answer any question you have about the calculations. if you're scared/intimidated for this class, don't be! it ended up being one of my highest marks this sem

He is a very fair person and provided proper resources in order to do well on the midterms and final exam. My biggest suggestion to everyone is that always use the previous years midterms to prepare for your midterms and final exams. This is an extremely difficult course, but he provides you the tools to succeed.

He is a very nice person. He tries his best to teach the course while caring for the students. Its very great that he does a lot of practice problems. But physical chemistry is really hard, and its a lot harder to learn when he just posts weekly videos that go from 1-2 hours a week. And DO NOT get behind in the videos or else nothing makes sense

Great person but an alright professor. Course was hard no cap. He explained only the theory part which wasn't that helpful. When he took up calculation questions, that was helpful. Thank you for trying Dr. Wylie but your performance isn't special. Maybe in a classroom he is better but online he is trash! Would take any other prof over him any day.

Dr. Wylie had some of the coolest assignments i've done so far. The course material wasn't all that exciting but he made you apply the theory to real life situations using excel and calculus which was a challenging new experience. His tests were fair but it would be difficult to succeed without doing the homework and reading the textbook.

We did not have any classes or prerecorded lectures for PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY! He changed the course syllabus halfway through the semester because he was behind his schedule. He does not even provide our marks for the assignments. The semester is finished, and I still have no idea how I am doing on this course.

I dont know how Dr. Wylie was before covid but currently he is the hardest professor Ive had thus far. His assignments are unfair will take you weeks to figure out if you can and his midterm was challenging. Made it so hard for us just because we are doing it online. Dont take this course if offered online.

Great prof! He is super kind and helpful, he wants everyone to succeed and he will explain things until you understand. Made organic chemistry easy! I did not buy the text book and only studied the night before for tests/exams and did okay.
