Amazing professor. Strongly recommend.
I did great on the tests but it was so difficult to get an A on the essay.
Glen, what an amazing person! His course is really interesting, as he discusses many controversial topics. This course is an easy A type of course, just go to class and participate (P.S. He teaches at York, not Ryerson)
He teaches at York, not Ryerson. He is a repetitive prof, but he clearly loves his job. Attendance is not mandatory as he posts everything on moodle, including lectures, reviews and answers. Likes to clarify.
Awesome professor. If you attend class, he explains everything very well and makes the course interesting. Tests are based on textbook. Gives the exam questions ahead of time so that you could write your responses and on the exam day he chooses 2/4 of the questions.
Very nice and accommodating prof. Smart man who holds very organized lectures. TA was a bit tough however!
not a hard class, however extremely picky with marking
I'm so glad I chose this course to fulfill my philosophy requirements. He's the best. The T.A is a bit picky with marking the essays but the prof has office hours. Students should utilize this and get as much feedback as possible. Doing so will not only show that you are putting in the effort, but will enable you to do very well in the course.
He is a passionate professor that articulates concepts and theories with great precision and enthusiasm. He is a very compassionate, helpful and a straight forward individual. However, he does have some flaws: i found his marking very picky because you would lose marks for the most insignificant details. Also,he makes a MODR class based on philosophy
