literally the goat of MTH 510. Idk how she has 4.4. Amazing Professor!

Professor Katrin was lenient with her marking. Assignments were doable and the midterm and final were fair. It was also nice that there were step-by-step solutions provided for textbook homework questions.

Katrin did not reply to most emails throughout the term. Her test averages were well below failing because the tests were somewhat of curve balls from the difficulty in lecture problems and the practice tests posted. What she does is remove marks from the midterm and final weights so if your original mark was (30/70), the new mark would be 30/55.

She is really good and thoughtful for students, if you understand her lectures and do her practice midterm and final she provides, you will do great.

Easy class and nice Prof. Do the sample tests and get a good mark on the test. The content taken up in class is what's gonna appear on the tests. Don't slack as this mark is a GPA booster.

Best course I've taken in a long time. Everything that was covered in lectures was applied to Assignments and Tests, made it worth your time to put in the effort.

This is based off of just outside of class interactions because the course was all taught by one prof. But through emails she seems nice and wants you to do well

She's so good, she knows how to teach, gives fair tests and she even provided solutions to the recommended problems! Rarely find a professor like that.

If you show up in class, you will pass

Really, really nice, caring, and hardworking prof! Even in a huge class, she looked over the TA's marking of tests/assignments before handing them back. It would be helpful to look over the textbook before going to class. Assignments are SO helpful for midterm/exam. Looking forward to taking another class with her!!
