He doesn't understand English, doesn't clearly understand the course material, his marking is a hit or miss, and doesn't give constructive feedback. He singlehandedly ruined TMU's reputation of quality profs.
I dont understand the hate. He is pleasant and responsive. I dont think he is a difficult professor, I think the course itself is text heavy and requires a lot of memorization of terms, hense the tests.. He doesnt pick on one person, he tries to open a dialog to see what others think. He does need a mic to project.. he can be difficult to hear.
He doesnt teach properly only reads off the slides, doesnt project his voice, and will pick on you randomly in class to answer his questions. TAKE ANYONE ELSE!!
why's gru teaching us. bro does nothing but read the slides and drink from a flask then gets upset when you only show up for the in class quiz. should be planning to steal the moon rather than teaching
Took this class in the summer was pretty helpful didn't grade us to hard decent professor don't get why he gets a lot of hate
idk why my review keeps getting taken down this guy is literally on something whenever he teaches and he drinks outta his flask like hes taking a shot of vodka you cant make this up
Weekly quizzes are done at the end of each class and can only be accessed with a password given in class. Will also question each student in every lecture.
Hes not great but not bad. He likes to pick on random people during the class case discussions, but the in-person quizzes and midterm were pretty easy, final wasn't too bad as well. He has a slight accent and sometimes mumbles his words, and when you ask him to repeat himself, he'll give you a judgmental look.
Mahmoud is a great professor who listens to his students and is always passionate about his learnings which helps elevate his classes.
