This man singlehandedly killed my interest in dynamics. all he did the entire semester was read off slides. any examples present were also just read through with no real explanations whatsoever. the midterm was alright but the final we got was nothing like the practice test he gave us. honestly, if you have him, its a lot easier to study yourself

This course is like avoiding a landmine in Laos. An easy midterm, and an unforgiving final. This course may ruin my GPA perchance. Idk who finds this course easy, its just constant despair. The other comments are facts, he reads off the slides and the course project was ok (mare sure to finish it early)

Professor Poon made Dynamics unnecessarily miserable. Lectures were monotonous, assumed prior mastery of the material, and mostly involved reading solutions off slides with little explanation. The final exam was extremely unfair and inconsistent with the practice material. He managed to singlehandedly sap out any interest I had in dynamics.

Professor Cheung only reads off slides. I would not even bother attending if I were you, as you can learn much clearer and faster either right off the textbook or from a YouTube playlist. Midterm questions were fair, very similar to assignments/homework, but exam questions were difficult and random, not similar to any assignments or lab work.

He only reads off slides, doesn't go through examples, just reads the solutions. No point going to lectures to hear someone read slides when you can do that yourself

Difficult course so hard to get a good mark on it. Professor isn't the best with his lectures as he only reads off the slides and shows solved examples. Just try passing this course as Professor Poon doesn't curve. Tests are "ok" just attempt every questions and get part marks.

He is the worst being, he keeps yelling at all students and after two weeks only 13 people started showing up in his lecture out of 98 students. he teaches nothing, he just keeps reading from slides that he stole from the internet. Tests are impossible. He grudges, he gave me 52 on the final exam just because I gave my opinion about something.

Dr. Poon is an amazing prof! He gives a lot of resources for students to prepare for midterms and exams. He is very fair and if you work hard in his class, you'll for sure get an A+. His exams are not too difficult if you properly study

Lectures can feel a bit slow at times, other than that I think Dr Poon is about average. Not bad, but not amazing, which is fine.
