Difficult to say with this one, loved the class and he is a good and very smart guy, however very unorganized and you would be NOTHING without the textbook. Whats good is theres no games: he makes it very clear whats important and whats not, and he does give really interesting facts. Don't expect your marks back. ever.
He is amazing. If you attend and LISTEN he pretty much TELLS you what to study for exams because hes not playing games. This doesnt mean the course is easy, you must study and study but overall hes a well organized, amazing, knowledgable man and tries to make you laugh here and there... he wont be too nice when its necessary! Smartest man, gota love
Ah, Grisdale! Known affectionately as Grizzly Bear, Grizzly B, Grizz Dizzle. Stand-up guy, but enter his "realm" of teaching, and you're in for an unpleasant shock at how painfully incompetent a professor can be. Always late. Can't teach worth an F word. When he says something isn't on the exam, bet yo sweet lil' tush it is. Take in summer, w/o him
He was a great teacher! Yes, you must read the textbook before class, but thats what we as university students are suppose to do! He does test on little details from time to time, but none of it is obscure or not accessible! Great PROF
HE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! MY BEST PROF EVER! I LOVED HIS CLASSES! HIS EXAMS WERE LONG BUT FAIR GAME. I WISH HE THOUGHT MORE 4TH YEAR CLASSES. I GOT AN A+ ON HIS EXAMS.
This professor is really funny and nice. Currently in his class now. Just read the textbook and the midterm exams don't get harder than that. I really like this prof!
Dr.Grisdale's lectures will make NO SENSE unless the textbook chapters are read ahead of time. He moves really fast and his powerpoints have way too much information on them. He also tests on small details. His sarcasm makes the class worth going to!!
No point of coming to class; Mr Textbook is at home. Seriously, he relies HEAVILY on his powerpoints which he states "outlines" what is necessary to know from the textbook. HE LIES. Nice guy, just cannot teach or create appropriate assessment material.
I thought his class was very interesting! He is a great prof and love this course seen in his interest while teaching. I believe that inorder to do well in the course you much read the notes and the text book hand in hand. The lectures will have basically eveything but book is there for clairty. If you attent his class he always gives hints on exam
This course is great for those interested in Anatomy and Physiology. :)
