Best professor in New Media. He goes above and beyond to help students, both virtually and in person. So enthusiastic and is such a great teacher. The course seems intimidating at first but is easy if you do the weekly assignments and show up. I've taken three of his classes and would do more if I could.

kindest and sweetest prof ever, probably my favourite ever. so smart and knowledgeable too! the course was tough for me but he was there for support for every step of the way. highly recommend taking his classes

Probably the sweetest prof I've met in university so far, even when I'm not actively taking one of his classes he has gone out of his way numerous times to make sure I'm doing well. His classes are also always very interesting, learned a lot in both classes I've taken! You can tell how passionate he is ab his work and students

I've never, ever, posted a review about a professor before, but Steve absolutely warrants it. He makes learning enjoyable and challenges approachable. He is incredibly considerate of his students and goes out of his way to really help them succeed. Take any class you can get with him & trust that it'll probably be one of the best you've experienced

Fun classes and is really caring and encouraging towards his students. Steve is always willing to help you if you are stuck with something. 10/10 would take again.

Truly the best professor I've ever had. Steve is extremely kind, and understanding, and is always willing to help his students. I had electrical issues the night before my final crit, and he stayed on zoom to help me troubleshoot for almost 2 hours! He makes complex ideas easy to understand, and you'll end up making some really cool things.

Steve is a genuinely lovely prof. At the beginning of the semester he mailed everyone boxes of supplies and we have been creating circuits and robots along with his online lectures. He has made online classes engaging and fun. I would have liked to take his class in person and I'm sure being able to build along beside him would have been wonderful

Best Professor in New Media! Steve is highly respectful, caring, and personable. He will take so much of his time to make sure you understand and succeed. He's a great and funny lecturer and is incredibly knowledgeable. He can turn the most insane of ideas into a manageable project and encourage you when you need it most. Steve Daniels is the best!
