She really knows and loves what she does. She is willing and very able to show her knowledge and wants to share her life with you in the process. She makes her classes fun but at the same time you are learning a lot because she makes it so much fun! She is a real person, and will not hesitate to stop to talk to you in the hall.LOVE HER!

Bernie is great, she can teach you a lot, and if you try really hard you will get a good mark in her class. Pay attention and sit at the front during her demos, its easier to learn it and you'll do better.

The only teacher at Ryerson who does not use favourtism as a marking scheme. The amount of work you put into your work directly related to how good of a mark u recieved unlike most classes. It was interesting and she encouraged creativity. Contest winning does not equal her liking u she gives everyone the same treatment from day one.

She is like a child, and it takes too much time to try not to say the wrong thing around her. She just gives out marks- no reason behind them. And the whole subject could be figured out from the text book.
