Light grader and easy work, but the slides are made with Artie Fishal Intelligence. Lectures were unprepared and done on the fly, looking back at the projector screen and reading slides. She does know some good references, but I wouldn't recommend this prof though.

This is for RMG500 but the course code isn't on RMP yet. Hands down the greatest retail professor I have had. Wish TMU would let Dr. Hong teach more courses. Lectures are collaborative and fun and she is really caring.

Silent Selling and the hands on application of learning using JDA and field trips combined to be one the most memorable classes. We learn product manipulation of merchandising and projects allowed for the in depth applied learning that Ryersonstrives for. Projects involve students going out to examine visual displays and interact withstoresfronts

Had her last year and I didn't like her, but loved her class this year. She uses iclickers for participation which is easy marks and if you follow exactly what the outline/rubric says for projects/presentations its easy to get a good grade!

Totally dedicated to providing the best experience for her students, she provided an incredible opportunity for experiential learning in China! This woman knows her material and if you put the effort in you'll get great marks in her classes. And comparatively, with other international profs I've had she speaks crystal clear English

She likes to make the class interactive with activities, and she get's mad when no one participates. It's not a hard course. The only thing that was bad was she refused to give any instructions on how to use the JDA software (20% of our mark). She had her TA's all telling us something different on how to use the program. Besides that, she's alright

Course material mostly common sense. Both midterm and final were extremely easy. She is tough but fair, she wont make special exceptions for students. It was her first time teaching the course so she did not know the software. Very nice, will help you if you ask. Very easy marker. Hated her the 1st time, but now would take her again. Easy A

if i had a choice, i wouln't take her class and i will never take her course again. you will get three times more work than other profs who taught that class. she isn't dedicated to students nor an easy grader. so make sure you read all the chapters to pass the course
