Just a bad prof

She was horrible. Our class was a full-year course and had only 25 students in it and she STILL couldn't remember half of our names. It was disrespectful. She didn't even try to get them right. She also plays favourites (anyone who likes sports will be on her good list) and gives these people a greater advantage in the course. Not fair at all!

I love Margaret! I've learned a lot from her.

not a big fan of webb. she has her clear faves, and makes it really obvious if she doesn't like you. right now, she's too wrapped up with writing her book. she doesn't have time to properly teach our features class. she is a passionate lecturer, but simply put, she is mean. i hate coming to her class. she is unapproachable and rude.

One of the better profs I've had at Rye-high. She really really loves what she does, and it's infectious. If you don't like her, it's because you're a goon. She's no push over, but she's also not going to ride you just for the sake of it...

She can be really hot headed. Short tempered. But when that energy is channeled into positive energy, she is excited and can convince an entire class onto a Greyhound that's going to Timbuktu. Stay on the bright side, Marge, and we're always with you.

Just because she's tough doesn't mean she's not a good teacher (the opposite, in fact). She'll rake you over the coals, but it's for your own good. Really. And she actually cares about her students!

A few classes have been boring, but most of them are interesting in some way. Occasionally too much reading. She's enthusiastic, honest and has lots of journalism experience. At times, unclear about article requirements, but approachable and very helpful if you ask. Overall, very good prof.

She's cool. She won't mince words or sugarcoat her comments but she still has more tact than many of her colleagues. She wants to see people do well and improve (hence the constant rewrites). All the editing can be tedious but it's worth it. Fair marker.
