Boring Lectures, berated people for not coming to class (8-11am), tests were hard as hell like barely able to finish by yourself within the time frame. Assignments were okay. He was just so rude and insufferable about attendance (not mandatory) and issues with marking that no one liked him.

Some Prof try to beat around the bush, they don't have basic conceptual knowledge, they speak very good English which seems to like a soothing titanic song, with out ground work. Some try to chill with Students and play with their dreams.

For this year, the projects were due individually, and it was not good... Also, the lab manual was hideous.

Stacked the groups. Poor organization for program and not helpful. Not to be trusted.

I am grateful to have worked with a real time project at FRAMES lab,without which I wouldn't have learnt about Composites manufacturing,testing, planning, time and project management to great extend.I am really thankful to Professor for providing a valuable resources which has allowed me to gain Technical engineer position in Aerospace company.

It is extremely important to attend all his classes to do well in the course. His lectures are very clear to understand. He doesn't use a book at all. I think this is the best part that he doesn't use a book at all.. You do everything he does in the class and the tutorial. He is helpful. He repeats a step until everyone understand.

I recommend everyone to take this course.First Midterm was little hard but the final was a piece of cake.

By far, this is the best prof I have had at Ryerson. You can tell he really wants you to learn and he will do everything to help you understand. But you have got to attend his classes or else you will miss a lot.

I am a parent and therefore cannot rate Prof Fawaz from a class standpoint.I can only say that he is in my books the most caring,understanding and humane person I have met & dealt with.He truly cares about his students. I had the encountered Dr.Fawaz years ago to my good fortune.He helped me & I will never forget. Thank you Dr. Fawaz
