Saving the best for last is quite the opposite of how I would describe my class time with Isabel. She was incredibly unclear and seemed to have no desire to teach. While she may be an intelligent person, I received no indication of such as a professor. I would also suggest avoiding her bad side because she will make your time quite the nightmare.
I dont know what the hell some people are talking about. She was great. theres no pressure at all in the entire course and marks very fairly. Shes not the kind of intimidating proff that over complicates things and makes them hard. She kept it very simple.
Professor Pedersen is an extremely thorough professor who cares greatly about her students. She is utterly brilliant, but her shyness in the classroom often masks this. Students can learn alot from her and benefit from her generosity, but she demands full participation and preparation.
She's nice, but the worse professor I've ever had. Totally unclear about her expectations and continually defers answering questions outright. Incapable of engaging in meaningful discussion of complex texts and ideas to the point where you suspect her credentials. Unwilling to offer constructive feedback. Treats grad school like grammar school! F-!
