Great professor that introduced various mediums to us. 35mm film, sound recording, editing. He was very supportive and gave great feedback in meetings. You can tell he is very passionate and a nice person. His teachings pushes you to better yourself as he really cares and believes in his students
Garrick was my favourite teacher! He was a fountain of knowledge and truly made my year a wonderful experience!
Garrick is one of my favourite profs because of his extensive knowledge and experience with both analogue and digital film. Some people dislike his lectures but I do enjoy listening to what he has to say. He is incredibly patient and flexible when it comes to deadlines and is, overall a great prof.
Very unclear and not enough knowledge of modern technology
Best prof ive ever had! Extremely patient and helpful, really knows his stuff.
A very knowledgeable and intelligent man. If you are unsure about anything, he is sure to have the answer. He's also a fairly nice guy. However, his lectures are deathly boring; his classes became my scheduled nap time.
Garrick knows his technology very well. He knows the pros and cons of every camera/new technology out there and is always updated with new technologies coming out. He mumbles and is very hard to understand in class but when you need help with something he is AWESOME! He is willing to take time to give one on one tutorials to show students equipment
Bah to all of you, Garrick is the man! He may mumble, and his lectures might be all over the place, but just like Slopek (though perhaps with more restrained enthusiasm) you get the feeling your witnessing a very brilliant man.
I spent many classes under his teachings and never learned a thing. enough said.
this guy is that buddy at the back of tools class who you go to when you're in a jam. He'll sort of show you how to do stuff, but mainly talk to you about old, obsolete gadgets and a couple cool things he owns/has done. except he's the teacher, so when he goes into some detail, you best listen.
