Lisa is great! very nice and approachable! lectures could have been a bit more interesting though!loved the simulations! easy marker. would love to have her again!

Awesome prof. She's very humourous, but lectures can get pretty dry. She gives great feedback on papers, although it does take her a while to mark them. You can tell that she's very knowledgeable about the Social Work profession and she has lots to offer. Would love to have her for my practice seminar!!!

Awsome prof! Very engaging, very open, very approachable. You're gonna want to do your readings after her class to know more (if you haven't already). One of the best at Ryerson!!

I would rather shoot myself in the foot than every have this <censored> as a prof. Condescending. Rude. Sucks up to placements. Useless.

Lisa is an incredible teacher in every respect. She knows her students well and is able to adjust her material and style to suit the student. She is very articulate, presents well, engages her students and LISTENS TOO!! Best Prof. I've ever had.

Lisa is genuinely interested in what you think as a human being. She is thoughtful and you feel no power imbalance in the classroom. Read her published work, it's brilliant. Her areas of expertise are-- violence against women, poverty and sexuality. Analysis of course curriculum could have been a bit deeper, but it's understandable for year 3.
