Professor Roger makes itm100 easy, who makes complex topics easy to understand with his engaging teaching style. His passion for the subject and willingness to help students succeed make his class a must-take!
I have retaken this class since I have failed the first time, however this time I actually enjoyed and engaged with is teaching. I had him as a in-person teacher for this class - he engages with students and make this class enjoyable.
Chill teacher, the rest of the profs in ITM100 are sum else pretty difficult, but he makes it fun to attend lecture. Just know if you are trying to "actually learn" ITM100, he ain't 4 u, but if you want a good mark, take him. This is a bird course if you have him.
He does not read or respond to emails, even though he says to read emails. He picks on students during his lectures. The first day of class, we made paper name tags. His course syllabus isnt updated, and everything is disorganized and didn't include his email, so I searched for his email. He marks randomly, even if done aligned to the rubric.
I would not recommend taking this, or any, course with Roger. He is inconsistent and disorganized. Takes forever to grade. His course outline is a mess that has clearly not been updated. He does not respond to anything on D2L. He responds quickly to emails but does not follow through. This course is all memorization and regurgitation.
Terrible professor.
This guy does nothing and still takes eternity to grade, i am pretty sure he rolls a dice to mark things
Atrocious communication. Horrible planning on course shell (Stuff from a 2022 class is still present). Confusing material, no help from prof. No one has a single idea where to find anything, do anything, submit anything. Insane how a university actually hired a professor like this. S t a y. A w a y.
The professor is disorganized and does not respond in a time manner.
Mr. de Peiza is a good prof. Online, university courses require a lot of independence and common sense and I found that he was still responsive to matters pertaining to the course that may not have been clear.
