I was intimidated when I read his RMP before the course began- so I made it my goal to try my absolute BEST in this class. It paid off, and he was nothing but kind tbh. I felt that he was fair with marks as long as you really put effort- also he was really accommodating. As long you are concise, and try- you can do well. Also READ INSTRUCTIONS!!!
Don't even consider taking this professors courses, if he's the only option, pick a different course altogether. Dropped my average terribly and the course material is so straightforward, it's just him. Wouldn't recommend.
Do not take him just cause the class is online I promise you it's not worth it.
He claims everyone uses ChatGPT. He is the worst person to teach this communication course because he lacks good communication skills.
He's up there with Bin Laden that's for sure
Class is online and asynchronous. He didn't give me feedback for the first or second assignment and accused me of using AI. I've never been accused before and he's not about writing better he's just very bitter. I think he's going through a difficult time. I mean he teaches at TMU not UofT - If he's so smart he should be teaching there instead.
I don't understand this professor. He will falsely accuse you of using AI and refuse to provide feedback even if the turn it in score is less than 5% and there is no actual proof, he just relies on his intuition. Not only does he accuse one of the use of AI, but threatened me 3 times that he will flag it as academic misconduct.
This professor is not a kind or compassionate person. He falsely accuses students of AI with no proof, providing everybody with the same copy pasted response. The hilarious thing is that it's a class about being professional and he is the epitome of unethical. He is biased, he hates his students and wants them to suffer.
Gave me no feedback and no mark in the rubric. But then on d2l I see that I acc did get a mark ? rlly confused lol
This professor accused everyone of AI use. We had to complete numerous mandatory discussion posts for marks. The feedback on assignments was minimal. The async class isnt that bad but like the proffs grading style is insane.
