He teaches well. He has a strict no-phone policy, very understanding. If you have questions, go to his office hours and he will explain the concepts more in depth so that you understand it. His exams are straightforward too.
His lectures can get boring at times and it's easy to get lost, however he does give hints towards the exam, and he does do examples. His slides are straight from the textbook and he doesn't really go fully through solving problems
His teaching style is very hands-on and efficient. Be ready to participate in class more often, as it will help you understand the concepts that are being taught in class. He relies heavily on class participation for concepts and regularly checks whether the class can comprehend what's being taught. Amazing professor in general, would recommend.
Dr. SedaGOAT is very good professor. I was lucky enough to get a seat in one of his sections to witness his holy powers. He pushes his students for A+. Even if yt videos are available 100% reccomend attending lectures since they're not the full 3hrs and he explains everything very sweetly. Checks for 100% understanding.
Dr. SedaGOAT is highly underrated when it comes to teaching Even though he's strict on phone usage during the lectures he teaches everything very well. I was lucky enough to get a spot in his section and witness his holy powers. His lectures are worth going even if there are yt videos available. He checks for understanding and pushes for A+! W Mans
Dr. Sedaghat is one of the best engineering professors at TMU. While he may be strict about seating and phone use in lectures, it stems from a place of well-being. He is clear about what the exams will cover and what topics are important to review. Beyond that, Dr. Sedaghat is comparable to Walt Disney, someone who believes in the next generation.
Reza is among the only professors whose lectures aren't torturous to sit through. One of very few profs at TMU whose lectures don't feel like a total waste of your time. He was very transparent with what comes on the midterm and final which was great. The course content itself is not that easy but a decent prof makes it bearable. COE328 & COE428
Attending Professor Sedaghat's class is a treat. Make sure to actually understand the content, don't memorize. Keep up with the lecture and don't be shy to ask questions. Review each lecture at home and you'll be fine. I PINKY PROMISE THIS IS NOT HIM 🤞🤞
