Great Prof! His approach to teaching was great & unique to my university experience. He led the class in discussion-based lectures, which helped me develop skills that typical undergrad lectures fail to build. PSY 700 was one of the best courses I have taken & was one of the only courses that have made me feel remotely prepared for grad school.

An extremely useful course- I gained valuable experience and insight in my areas of interest and has given me new ideas to consider for possible career paths. Dr. Boudreau puts in a lot of time and effort to place you in a lab that fits with your interests as well as better preparing you for future schooling/careers (e.g. resume building).

Really enjoyed this class. I really appreciated getting access to high-level research training in one of the most advanced labs in the psychology department (SMART Lab), which was a great and rare opportunity in a large undergraduate program. I also learned so much about the masters application process which was really helpful.

Dr. Boudreau is one of the most caring and genuine professors. He truely cares about his student's success and is always there to support. This course has given me valuable research experience (which is very difficult to find if you don't already have experience) and post grad preparation, tips and advice. Definitely recommend to take this course!

Dr. Boudreau was hands down one of the best professors I've had at Ryerson. I took PSY700 with him, it was a small, intimate class and he took the time to really get to know us and help us. Lots of insight for future career development and grad school as well as great hands on experience being paired up with a supervisor in a lab. Highly recommend!

Such a great prof! Very easy to approach if you need help, clarifications, and/or references (opened opportunities for me). He genuinely always has his students best interests at heart. PSY 700 is one of the best psychology based courses to take. Gives you practical and professional experience. VERY grateful for the research practicum!!!

Professor Boudreau is by far the most caring and supportive Professors that I have come across at Ryerson. He goes above and beyond to help his students succeed, not just in his class but with their future goals and prepares students for a life beyond psychology. Dr. Boudreau, has taught me so much, and I would take any class he is teaching.

He taught me that a psychology degree IS valuable. Exposed us to social innovation(SI),health&wellness and coached us on grad school opportunities. Soon after I got a job working for SI and CE at Ryerson University. He taught us how we can land almost any job we want through tutorials on networking and professionalism.A true innovator in education.

Dr. Boudreau is a great professor who goes out of his way to help his students, giving his time and attention. I learned professional development skills that will always be useful. He gave practical advice and helpful feedback. He placed me with a lab that allowed me to get valuable experience. I learned a lot and am glad I had him as a professor.

He takes the time to match you with research opportunities that match your research interests & prepares students for the post-grad process.
