She really doesn't care about the students
She seemed genuinely uninterested in helping anyone who was taking this course, and was not on the same page as the lecturing professor. Assignments and tests were based on content that was not taught, not assigned, or beyond the scope of the course. Everything was needlessly overcomplicated for no reason; had us jumping through hoops to get 50s.
She was very nice and approachable and her marking was fair most of the time. Just make sure you read the lab manual carefully and complete your reports accordingly. Don't include extra figures/graphs or info or else you'll lose marks.
She is the lab coordinator for advanced biochem, she refuses to let her TA's give more than a 8/10 for good lab practice, why? It is almost as if she has constructed the lab portion for students to do terrible in. She also posts lab feedback for the course in such a condescending tone, she possibly has a vendetta against students.
Her classes weren't that exciting, but they were straightforward and no surprises on the exams. If you study the course notes, you can get a good mark.
Cool Lab technician, but VERY strict
Great Lab Instructor. Tests, and final presentation are graded reasonably. I agree that you will lose marks however without even knowing why.
she explains well, but she likes to take off marks that you dont even know you are losing for no reason at all.
Amazing lab instructor! Straight-foward, approachable, and explains things clearly.
